Cassoulet:

In a pan fry the following:
1 medium diced onion.
1 stick diced celery.
1 small diced celeriac.
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
A bundle bay leaves parsley tarragon thyme bay leaf and parsley.
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
A few knobs butter.
A splash of oil.

When cooked add the following and heat only:
Two canned butter beans.
Cream.
Chicken stock.
Cider.
Grated hard cheese.
Pressed garlic.

Serve with meat.
