you cant lock rates for 25 years, and they will be a lot higher than that half way through the loan..
when interest rates go up prices will fall so your rent will fall, but your loan is still the same and then costs more..
why not wait till the rates go back up and invest then when you can buy cheaper?
If you sold it in 10 years assuming that you bought it now this high in the cycle you would be selling at a loss..
buy low, sell high..
