Does anyone have any thoughts on best place to buy land or a holiday house / pre retirement house near Brisbane.
Has to be cheap now and nice to live in 7-9 years time.
Has to be 1-2 hours away from cbd.
Has to be less crowded.
Be either green (not a dust bowl) or right by the sea.
Reasonable climate not much worse than Brisbane.
Any particular gems in the region? Bay Islands? Sunshine Coast? Gold / Sunshine Coast Hinterland? Laidley? Over the range? Northern NSW?
