best place to buy silver bars

Is the Perth mint the best place to buy silver bullion? I live in Perth so its easy for me to buy there, right now I don't know of any other place to buy from?

Can anyone direct me to where I can buy over the counter bullion pick-up/delivered?

I assume the Perth mint is the best option but it does have a bit of a premium on the bars over spot...like 2$ an ounce. Just want to make sure I'm not paying more than i need to. I'm not spending a great deal of money.

Also while I'm here does anyone think its worth paying a bit more for 10oz smaller bars over 100oz bars. My line of thinking is if gold/silver does go through the roof I may be able to profit more by selling 10 smaller bars over 1 bigger bar. Which seems to be the case already if you look at ebay prices currently.
