At the risk of being seen as the devil's advocate (certainly not intending to be), I think the reason HC aren't going to re-instate alspalladium (at this time) is due to so many other legal issues they are having with other stocks and threads, and they are just being cautious.
It is not "personal" - I believe the concern is that as you have all identified who he is and that he is a top 20 holder of TON, etc, that you may get on here and ask a lot of questions of him relating to TON and his opinion of the long term and the upcoming DD etc etc. At some point one of those questions or more likely, one of his answers - may be viewed as fact and then the trouble (potentially) begins.
I just don't think HC want any more drama at the moment from companies threatening legal action etc - so they are playing it safe.
All just IMO and as I said - I don't mean to offend anybody. Just trying to explain perhaps why the suspension hasn't been lifted.
