Grenfire - I don't believe "red hearts vs respected top 20 investors" are viewed as qualifying criteria for being allowed to post openly on HC.
I believe it comes down to HC wanting to be able to continue to operate in the future without being forced to shut down due to outstanding legal issues etc.
IMO they are just being cautious until such time as things settle down a little bit "around here".
