Best place to put $400,000 cash ... get yourself a margin lending account with at least 1/2 million, then go and buy yourself $800,000 worth of NCP approximately 63000 odd, then every month write 63 first OTM calls for about 53 cents per share, so you'll pocket $33,390 per month in your bank account
Don't forget to insure them buy buying the first OTM PUT for about 11 cents per share, so you'll pay $6,930 each month for a net profit of
$26,460 per month or $317,520 per year, not forgetting the interst payable on the margin loan which would not cost a hell of a lot!!!
That's how I would do it if I had that kind of money!!!!
