like i said to RT, take a look at 100 year property prices...then come back in 20-30 years and tell me seasise suburbs are not a good buy now.
Im with a VERY long term time frame...in fact a 'forever' time frame when it comes to residential property.
Yes seaside may not go up as quick a some other places over the next few years, but over the long term they will consistently outperform those otehr areas.
