Totally agree..........the only ones talking up RE at the moment are estage agents!!!
Saw a program on ACA or Today Tonight a couple weeks ago about property and there were a few estate agents ABSOLUTELY lying through their teeth about how great it is to buy a property now and also this is an opportunity in a lifetime and property will continue to go up etc etc.............BUTthere was 1 honest estate agent who was honest and said that property WILL be getting cheaper!
