Hotcopper users I am pretty confident of an impending collapse of the property market rather than have a blue over it on the property forum I thought posting here would be a better method of gaining understanding and investing.

What platform would you recommend for maximum leverage?. Lets say for instance I was willing to invest $10,000

I have never shorted before but very keen to look at alternate methods of wealth creation..
