as you parents today celebrated xmas, drinking piss and watching the anticipation and excitement on the faces of your spawn unwrapping their gifts, did you ever consider the best gift you could of given is not an ipad, a pushbike or a non genger specific dolly but a house or block of land while still affordable? think back to gen x and y, when they were children in the late 80's early 90's, they should have been smarter and demanded land or inner city terrace instead of a cabbage patch dolls or an atari. that generation had their chance and now can only blame themselves for missing out forever.
