I sold my house 5 years ago and put all of my money into the spec end of the stock market, What was I thinking. lol
We all make good and bad decisions in life, That's Life my friends. What is life without risks? If you win its great if you lose it really sux and when you lose every one pokes a stick at you and laughs. Lets all be a bit kinder to each other. IMO Every one is just trying to make there life a bit more fun. Every one just wants to be free from the Boss. Good luck to owners and renters. I hope to be a home owner again some day, The one thing I don't want to happen is a Housing crash to be able to get one.
A housing crash will be a disaster for a lot of older people, about to retire. IMO
