Johnny, at least you have a chance to become multi2x millionaires, some people don't even try. I have friend who sold his house to go to europe bout 10 yrs ago, now he regretted big time. Severe housing crash is also an economy crash US / Europe style, it will not only affect property owner, but also non-owners massively together with their children inability to find jobs after get sacked.
