AEU has got to be the best property play in Oz after the formalisation of todays arrangement.
With a genuine NTA of $1.29 and with a Weighted Average Lease Expiry of approximately 11 years with a yield far exceeding anything available on domestic property...it's BRILLIANT value.
To be able to pick them up from around 55 cents with no stamp duty or agents commission is the deal of the decade.
I'm now largely out of holding physical properties...why bother with the hassle.
