AEU has been significantly derisked since you left us Mike and you've now invested in a much more solid AREIT with a good outlook for the future.
Concluding new loan arrangements are a little way off IMO and the dividends still can't be reintroduced until after the final 31 Dec 2010 debt repayment is made without lenders approval.
However, profit is there for AEU and our asset base is solid.
It is good to know that the NTA of $1.20+ has been tested in the market with the sale of the worst assets on our books and can be relied on.
