Yep, we have got rid of the drongo properties for pretty well book value which in itself is a fantastic result.
Now we are left with the cream properties which are tied up in 10 year leases with all costs passed onto the tenant. Solid leases covering individual businesses. It just does not get any better.
...But wait it does...you mean to say that you can buy an property worth $1.29m for jut $660,000?
