AEU is now at year high and yet we still have a further 30 to 40 cents to catch up with the other REITS and still be well under the NTA.
Hint: Look at the register of top 20 shareholders and note the buying of Orbis and another. Says it all.

Well diversified property base
Strong lease contracts where the outgoings are met by tenant
Average lease period - 11 years
Strong industry sector (child care) with both government and NFP involvement
Return to distributions soon
And, of course, there's the small issue of ROI and I figure epu of 7.5c for the next 12 months....no bank deposit or residential investment can match that!
This is the lazy investors "no-brainer" investment in a worry free company with polenty of security and upside.
