best put warrants to trade

To those who are interested in some PUT play...look at the PUTS on Options or CFD's and Warrants...on the XJO.

Looking at the XJO index hitting 4052, we have hit the upper trend line starting from OCT/NOV 2007. We may go a few more points up from here, but at this level, it's a good level to enter for a quick pull back for a few days.

Best Warrants to look at are XJOVOR/ XJOVOS/ XJOVOQ also XJOVOT/ XJOWMP all with September expire dates.

I prefer XJOVOR and XJOVOS and personally baught in today at XJO's highest level of 4052. XJOVOR now at 29.5/30 cents and XJOVOS 43/43.5 cents. Even if these drop a few more cents and therefore the XJO goes up say another 30 to 50points, these will trade about 3 to 5 cents lower.

So even getting in at 30cents on XJOVOR and 43c on XJOVOS and it drops, to say 26cents and 37cents, we just sit on them and wait for a few days. Then we will get a few days pull back and we can trade IN AND OUT over the 3 to 5 day movement.

Those who wait and might get in tomorrow Friday 12th and the XJO is higher even better.....for the Put warrants. So those who care take a closer look and make a choice when to enter in the next few days.
With RIO and BHP up a fair bit today has pushed the XJO even higher.Even these two stocks are looking good for PUT play,and due for a drop some time early next week.

On Technicals, on XJO, the Stochastic is on it's high with a second top, the WMA are pulling away from the 200day MA and starting to widen. With 5 to 6 days of a good run and 2 days of down/sideways the XJO is ready to have a few days of pulling back and a quick trade IN and OUT over a 5 day period seems good.
The RSI is near it's top and the MACD made a top in March but each top since has been lower, while the price has gone further up....this is a Divergence.
