Yes REEtec deal is $42 mil sold product but from that each company has a agreement to cover each of the production/transportation costs so we will see what it comes out to after all that, we don't know (Probably never will) the exact split of profits.

Another poster may correct me on this but VML are building a extraction plant ($5.4mil) for the carbonate while SRC will begin construction of the separation facility in 2022. VML has $6 mil in the bank atm with the Extraction plant to be built later on the year so I can see VML potentially self funding that via early shipments of RE to REEtec.

Yes VML has more SOI then most only NTU has more but by going down this route hopefully shouldn't need any more CR or funding type dilution.
