    ok longshot - so maybe mbe needs to provide normalised accounts and or make it easy for us to determine what earnouts are payable at what point rather than having to piece it together from a series of announcements. i.e. so if cash has gone from a post raise 17m to 10m currently and the businesses are profitable - what earn outs account for the difference ? thats a question management should have front and centre.
