My recollection is that Concord are in at much higher prices. I seem to remember that they were buying when the sp was about $1.00.
There need not be anything suspicious about them being a seller.
They've probably come to the conclusion that there are better opportunities elsewhere.
It's hard to argue with this reasoning. I think that the notes are reasonably priced and the shares wouldn't be my first choice now for new commitments.
Maybe we're missing an opportunity, but personally I was disappointed when the sp failed to break 20c and then came back.
I'll hold the small number of shares I have, but I'm not buying any more.
