The easiest way to sort this is to get 5% of the vote, lodge a 249D and seek to replace the directors in order to facilitate an honest review of what has occurred here. I have access to the 5% to call the meeting. If anyone is interested in putting themselves forward as a director all you have to do is put your hand up. There's no nice way around this issue. This is what needs to be done as the directors seem to have forgotten that the company belongs to the shareholders and they are appointed to do the best they possibly can by all shareholders. Its as good a time as any to make a stand. All shareholders are entitled an explanation and it is not forthcoming a new board is the only real course of action.
