I'm fairly optimistic too...Europe is not beyond salvaging....just requires printing trainloads of Euros and enforcing the commitment that the southern slack cousins will tighten up...but without starving them out of existence. A workable solution can be found. Furthermore, the US is far from a basket case....QE3 is a likely prospect...and that will stimulate the economy further along - for the election...But frankly, things are recovering quite nicely - bar a week of disappointing figures....after many months of economic improvement. My brother lives there with his American wife in a nice East Coast touristy area...Business is the best for years...08, 09, 10 were terrible for their high-end landscaping and maintenance business...but last year it really turned around and they have plenty of work and revenue now....Think we in Australia do too much naval gazing and listening to media clowns who never get it right.....XJO 5500 for Christmas...
