    No really Rider,
    SIG processes are definitely moving forward (my research)and the position is for a supervisor with extensive experience. These types of personnel will be needed to lead the team in the production drilling program as well.
    San Jorge is a possibility to start any time but the opportunity to bring Kolosori into production could be much earlier than SJ.
