Here's my take:
CCR pros
blue chip microcap - enterprise grade product; enterprise grade customers; excellent pipeline...
profitable - nice cash holding and banking more cash every month
fully integrated hybrid solution - digital + call centre
driven by superior customer experience - measured by NPS scores
rock solid team
CCR cons
Revenue Growth is slow - onboarding is slow / client budgets are tight
I believe TAM in Australia is around $200-400 mill revenue - for what they do - remember they don't do debt purchasing
so CCR already have about 10-20% market share - maybe more!!!
Just look at the absence of large competitors
Therefore will need to get offshore soon to continue to grow quickly
But to get offshore requires a very astute acquisition - not easy
