Spot on Bizz. In regards yesterdays volume and the managed sale that was undertaken ( congrats to management and/or original placement broker) there is a multitude of reasons why a placement holder would want to sell a parcel. Averaging out the profit for one, but these guys ( SI's) are I guess often approached to participate in placements and it could well be that yesterdays volume was simply to free up some funds to engage in another stock's placement. These guys have deep pockets but not infinitely deep so freeing up some cash is to be expected at times.
