XSO (small ords) was up 47% for the Mar-April rally, so it wouldn't have mattered too much what you bought, as long as you spread the risk around a bit among some popular small cap stocks from any source - newspaper, online, mates tips etc.
When the XAO/XSO are in decline, we will see who, if anyone can beat the market. The HC tipping board began in one of the hottest rallies in small caps in a long time. Worth keeping that in mind.
