    Senetas Corporation Limited (SEN) provides high speed network encryption
    technology to government and commercial customers in Australia and around the
    world. The company designs and manufactures enterprise network security devices,
    including the proprietary dual-accredited Layer 2 hardware encryption devices and
    quantum encryptor.
    The Senetas CypherNet Encryption Security Platform provides a range of efficient,
    fast and secure data encryption products to protect sensitive data while in transit
    across private and public networks. In October 2007, with its Swiss partner,
    idQuantique, Senetas released the hybrid quantum encryptor. As at February 2009,
    the company released a fully customisable algorithms version by software interface.
    Security Solutions: SEN's security enterprise management expertise includes
    hardware encryption devices, systems availability, data storage control, physical
    location, security management (including access and identity management), systems
    connectivity and communications.
    Consulting Services: Senetas provides specialist information technology consulting
    services focusing on business intelligence, data warehousing and data mining,
    infrastructure management and storage management, access and identity
    management, Role Based Access Control as well as business performance and
    financial management.
    Agreement: As at February 2008, the company signed a Memorandum of
    Understanding for technology collaboration with Thailand's National Electronics and
    Computer Technology Center.




    30 March 2009 - Senetas Corporation announced that it has
    appointed TVSNet Technologies as a reseller of its high speed
    CypherNet encryption technology. TVSNet would represent the range
    of CypherNet high speed Layer 2 encryption plus Senetas'
    newly-developed low cost small footprint CypherStream, switchable
    between Layer 2 and Layer 3 IPSec and Fibre Channel devices.
    27 February 2009 - Senetas Corporation announced that it had signed
    a Memorandum of Understanding for technology collaboration with
    Thailand's National Electronics and Computer Technology Center.
    Senetas and NECTEC agreed to share knowledge and practical skills,
    to exchange Senetas engineers and NECTEC research scientists for
    collaborative work programs and to collaborate in identified fields
    including information infrastructure and intelligent systems.
    26 February 2009 - Senetas Corporation reported NPAT of $141,812
    for the half-year ended 31 December 2008. Revenue from ordinary
    activities were $7.05m, down 6% from the same period last year. The
    net operating cash inflow was $499,649 compared to an outflow of
    $750,827 in the pcp. No dividend was declared.
    05 February 2009 - Senetas Corporation announced it has released a
    flexible new encryption platform capable of using customised
    algorithms. The Company's engineers have spent the past three
    months developing the purpose-built security solution for both
    point-point and fully meshed layer 2 and layer 3 (IPSec) Ethernet
    networks, running algorithms other than the recognised AES 256-bit
    standard. Capable of securing both layer 2 (Ethernet) and layer 3 (IP)
    networks at line rates in excess of 10 Mbps, the customisable
    CypherStream remains fully compatible with Senetas' premium
    CypherNet Ethernet encryption platform running at 100 Mbps up to 10
    Gbps.
    26 August 2008 - Senetas Corporation reported NPAT of $151,799 for
    the year ended 30 June 2008. Revenues from ordinary activities were
    $15.85m, up 43% from last year. Diluted EPS was nil compared to (3.4)
    cents last year. The net operating cash inflow was $53,310 compared
    to an outflow of $2.14m in the pcp. No dividend was declared.
    13 June 2008 - Senetas Corporation announced that the Defence
    Signals Directorate (DSD) has completed a rigorous security evaluation
    of Senetas' CypherNet a high-speed, standards based multi-protocol
    encryptor specifically designed to secure voice, data and video
    information.
    20 May 2008 - Senetas Corporation announced a revised profit
    outlook for the year ending 30 June 2008. The Board said that, whilst it
    still expects to record a result before tax of between negative $500,000
    and positive $500,000 this financial year, it is highly likely that
    substantial orders associated with a major Middle East project
    previously expected this year will now be received and delivered upon
    in the next financial year. Senetas is affected by delays in other
    significant projects and this, in turn, has also impacted orders that were
    expected to be delivered by 30 June 2008, with these orders now to be
    finalised next financial year.
    31 March 2008 - Senetas Corporation announced that its Cerberis
    hybrid quantum encryption technology was purchased by National
    Electronics and Computer Security Center, part of Thailand's National
    Science and Technology Development Agency.
    12 March 2008 - Senetas Corporation reported NPAT of $34,206 for
    the half-year ended 31 December 2007. Revenues from ordinary
    activities were $7.47m, up 31% from the same period last year. Basic
    and Diluted EPS was 0.00 cents compared to (0.04)cents last year. The
    net operating cash outflow was $750,827 compared to an outflow of
    $294,771 in the pcp. No dividend was declared.
