in my mind, without doubt, SDL.
the potential is massive, the risk is slowly being difused, big steps being taken this year and i doubt it will be under 10c after 09.
the upside is similar to FMG, in a good market when all is in place, production happening, steel demand resuming, this sould run to $10 quite easily.
without ruling it out completely i don't believe there would be many if any other 10cent stocks that have the upside of SDL.
