Will be the first Tight Gas producer in Australia IMHO.

• Warro gas field (WA) reserves estimated between 5 to 7 tcf

• Latest fraccing results due on Warro 3 with additional discovered zones any day. Conservative estimates on this well are 4.5mmcfpd

• Well prospects have been enhanced by small amount of condensate discovered flowing at 10-15 bpd

• Has approval to build a line to connect to the Dampier to Bunbury pipeline only 35 km away

• The gas hungry Alcoa has acquired a 65% interest and has agreed to underwrite the startup (Hello...take over potential here people!!!)

• Tight gas technology has been proven highly successful in US for last 20 years and now accounts for 35% of US market

• WA Gov’t has reduced royalty tax by 50% to support tight gas technology
