I don't understand. You have to own the shares on the record date to get the shares at 4 cents?
I figure the share will go up because of this. The stock is become a "call option" per say.
However, some news could come out to send it back down...but there does seem to be a solid floor on ABM of 4-5 cents.
I personally think the stocks got a 30-50% jump in it with some news coming out...don't know what that news is.
I'm buying.
