Yeah, I feared a transfer from my name into another entity would register as a sale, damn.
Whatever I do I'll have to just cop the tax hit from transferring my shares. God, that'll be anything from 30K - 100K in a month or so.
I should have done this earlier in the year.
Any more comments out there?......
