I agree. Surely it’s now high time to lodge a writ against the Minister, and MESTECC, for trashing a company in direct contravention of the report from the expert Review Panel they both convened. Remember that the MESTECC expert gave sworn evidence to the Review that Lynas has always conformed to all Malaysian nuclear radiation standards, etc?
There is NO BASIS IN MALAYSIAN LAW for the actions taken by the Government against Lynas!
What have we got to lose now, after the latest kick in the face? At the worst, given Lynas’s prior experience with Malaysia’s courts (it won EVERY case - eventually, after lengthy delays) this would buy sufficient time to set up C&L in Australia, or elsewhere.....
