Thanks for the link, it is informative. I hear him saying he doesn't care who removes most of the radioactive material prior to importing to Malaysia. His position seems to be if Lynas can't do it, someone else will. He also seems to be willing to accept the residue from processing will stay in Malaysia. This strikes me as a compromise with the political fanatics, who have sold fear to the average Malaysian voter, that insures a continuous supply of REs to Japan.
