    Hi Mickpav, try Bell Direct, no quarterly fees on the basic version even if you dont trade. Bigcharts is a good site for free charting. I'm assuming youre looking for cheep & chearful if you want to trade less than $500
    I'm pretty sure the minamum $500 is standard as I have seen company buyback offers for all holdings of less than $500 to clean up registries from time to time.
