Once the divestment of the non-core parts of the business are finalised, PacBrands will be left with a big pile of cash and two of the best brands in Australia. Do you think they will be a takeover target? Do you think they are sizing up another big complementary company to acquire?

Whats the general view?

Either way, I think their Balance Sheet at 30 June 15 will be really good, and it will be excellent by 31 Dec 15, as they aren't paying dividends. There are good underlying earning, and good cash conversion. Interested to know your thoughts, or if there are any other companies with great brands that I should be looking at?
