best uk technical analyst bearish on ccc/cool

This guy is without doubt the most popular technical analyst amongst the UK Private Investor community.

He has been besieged with requests on his forum to analyse the CCC / COOL chart.

His advice has been that below 4.25 (6.44c in Aussie) the chart is Bearish.
