shares = 1billion
company currently valued at $35million AUD

they have 500mbo retrievable. JV partner will make that resource/asset available for range to exploit..
so type in 500,000,000x$60US barrel

now get that number(if you have the space on the screen) and factor it into the SP.. Oil Resource only..

divide the number you came up with by 1billion and that is how much the oil resource is valued per share to Range

Range wont get 100% because of the JV but the above are just rough calculations to see what kind of impact that may occur to the SP if the JV is announced...
