All I really ask from a share is an assurance its not going to go lower - the rest will take care of itself with a little patience.
Prime T/O target if ever Ive seen one with 3 separate JV's from 3 separate giant Chinese companies.
Wisco, Shandong, Baotou.
Triple the takeover chance of having just one big interested JV partner.
There is just no legitimate reason for the price to be below 15c. Or 20c for that matter.
