Marichunga - Chile

The Maricunga Project represents one of the highest-grade lithium brine salars globally and the only pre-production project in Chile. Over US$58 million has been invested in the Maricunga Project to date.

Drilling results showed positive average lithium concentrations of 989 mg/l, with a maximum of 3,375 mg/l, confirms Maricunga as one of the richest deposits globally.

Measured & Indicated Resource of 2.1Mt LCE at an average grade of 1,170 mg/L Li. With recent drilling set to increase size 1.5-1.8x means these figures representing a similar size to LKE 4.4mt LCE & 3x higher in grade

The Company has made important efforts to become one of the first Zero Emission lithium brine producers. That includes using electricity only produced by solar generators through long term power purchase agreement + minimising the water consumption in the production process design

Preliminary indications of interest have also been received from international financial institutions and private funds for both debt financing and future equity financing of the project. The company will continue advancing the process, with the Mitsui agreement for off-take and funding serving as a solid base.

Update on DFS towards end of year

LPI is commencing an extensive exploration and drilling program across the WA lithium tenements, particularly those immediately adjacent to the Greenbushes lithium mine owned by Talison Lithium (which is owned by Albemarle Corp, Tianqi Lithium and IGO Limited

The outcroppings pegmatites within the Donnybrook Shear Zone (“DSZ”) Have elevated lithium ,rubidium , tin and the mafic host rocks are anomalous in arsenic which is consistent with the Greenbushes model next door

Sampling and detailed investigation of geophysical data, along with a detailed magnetic survey (ultra-high magnetic 40m line spacing) to be conducted by a drone fly over in September, will pinpoint the scale structures to aid drill targeting on potential blind pegmatite bodies.

These pegmatites are considered to be distal phases of a LCT mineral system, and the potential higher grade phases recessive.

East Kirup- Next to Greenbushes WA

An initial 1600m RC drilling program is planned on the East Kirup Prospect for Q4 2021.
