I'll just add here that looking at LME stock levels, the near term is reduced supply with a forecast increased supply as a near reverse of the price drop.
Low price, Low Supply should translate to reduced elasticity and increased price. Looking at supply volumes I would hedge that they down trend will reverse and increase at almost the rate it decreased.
