    PE at 3.5 ! this is amazing.
    Company paid 2 cents divident per share last year and it could pay 4 cents if they want(it may hold for project 4).
    I have never seen any company does this from ASX listed companies.
    30% NPAT compares with less than 3% NPAT depositing in bank.
