I think there is a flaw in your valuation methodology arriving at $80 per KAR share based on 7.6TCF of gas in the Poseidon structure.
You have applied a value of $10bn per TCF which KAR has also used in some of its presentations. Unfortunately, this is a revenue value which gives you an estimate of the revenue to be generated from the sale of one TCF of gas and not appropriate for valuing shares. You need to apply an equivalent of an in ground value for gas using your methodology.
