Best way to achieve change in communication?

I believe in NTC as a company but an increase in salaries, amount of middle management while there has been marked decrease in shareholder communication and a halving of the SP is of great concern to me.

HCers have emailed the CFO to no reply. How can we go about impressing some basic shareholder skills upon the management? When is the next AGM?
