as I'd say to gj, forget about the salesmanship that's obviously in the book just get into the good stuff you know the meat of the book and I think you will agree there is plenty of that
unfortunately there's heaps of old charts but I think you'll know what there talking about in reference to them hey
also read the book again in a months time as a refresher
