    The notes are currently trading slightly above the redemption price but way below the 2.5% discount.

    actually bad idea, you get $102.50 worth of shares if u do that strategy.
    currently worth $106.30 of interest up to the day of settlement. so better to redeem for cash(redemption option), and buy shares through a broker
