Well there was the announcement yesterday, UBS Nominees becoming a 5.05% substantial holder. It seemed to be an accumulation going on the way the market depth was manipulated by cross trades and stacking to get sellers in at the low number, then gobbled up.
So if thats all it was, (ie, forced accumulation or just a bad day on the market and UBS gobbling up cheap shares) then it should show some upside.
AJA was trading above 50cents only about 2-3 months ago, so to get the same company shares at todays prices with such a high yield is great (over 20%). If things stay the same and don't even improve, the distributions will pay for the purchase price of the shares in less than 4 years.
The real plus is I don't predict things will stay the same, in 4 years, the property prices will have surged higher, so will rental returns, and so will the AJA share price, along with an increase in distributions.
