watso knew that he was onto something when the relevant cooking smells were tickling the nose - resulting in nose orgasms...

the ultimate of course was the mouth orgasms from the taste.

anyway - only two broccoli and most of the broccoli used - ie including most of the stem...

and three good sized onions - sautéed first with fresh garlic - as well as garlic/ginger from a jar.

the stock was all jellied - made from chicken - and then there was some white pasta sauce of some sort

THE SECRET INGREDIENT .... probably half a jar of rtc COARSE MUSTARD .
