A bitter news on this. Apparently still acquiring various distressed superb value assets and even though Bells in Melbourne are doing the show, Don't expect much of an allocation if any from your Bell Broker as instos got this covered apparently and fighting out for their share. Just heard this news. Very keen to see how this will perform.
