They have been trying to do this formally since February but no doubt a lot of discussion happened before then. Who in their right mind would agree with that valuation - DDT has a market cap of $1.6m, BT track-and-trace and anti-counterfeiting technology is only used on a few of their consumer products, not bulk. They can't even separate the technology as a segment in their reporting it's so small.
